Made from distilled/sterile water and free from latex, DEHP, or PVC

Important safety note: Must be made isotonic—by adding solutes or combining with appropriate IV fluids—before any parenteral administration. Direct infusion can lead to red blood cell lysis and kidney injury

Not for direct IV use in its current form due to hypotonicity and risk of hemolysis
Contains trace levels of aluminum (~≤25 µg/L). Prolonged administration, especially in premature infants or patients with renal impairment, may pose toxicity risks
Inspect for clarity and seal integrity before use. Discard if discolored, cloudy, or if the container is compromised
Once opened, maintain at room temperature (≤ 25 °C) and use within 4 hours.
