Orders
- Orders can be placed through the online shopping cart, by phone, or via email. You may also visit any of our outlets to make a cash-and-carry purchase or place an order for home delivery.

Prices are listed in SGD currency, inclusive of 9% GST (Goods & Services Tax).

For international buyers, the listed prices are for the products themselves. However, additional costs, such as freight charges, import duties, and other surcharges, may apply in your country.

The prices quoted are primarily for the online store. Pricing may differ in our physical stores.

For self-collection at our physical store, we accept CASH, PAYNOW, NETS, VISA, MASTERCARD, GRABPAY, and DIRECT FUNDS TRANSFER.

Delivery

We provide both local and international shipping from our warehouse.

We offer delivery worldwide. For bulk international orders, please contact us for the best freight charges. We can also ship to your preferred local freight forwarder.

In Singapore, orders are typically delivered within 1-4 working days at a delivery fee of S$4.99. International delivery may take up to 4 weeks, with delivery fees varying depending on location and stock availability.
Home Demonstration
- Home demonstrations can be arranged by our friendly delivery teams, subject to the following conditions:
A. Appointment must be made with our sales staff.
B. Limited to items that:
i. Are portable
ii. Are non-customized
iii. Do not require complicated operation
iv. Have been purchased from us with proof of purchase
C. Standard delivery policies apply to items purchased.
Repair, Servicing & Warranty

All items, except disposables and hygiene products, come with a 2-week warranty against manufacturer defects. A one-to-one exchange is available at our store.

Loan Unit: As a courtesy, we offer a loan unit (if available) for use while the purchased unit is being repaired. However, the loan unit is not covered by warranty. If the loan unit becomes faulty, it must be returned for exchange, subject to availability.

To assist with quick identification of faults, we strongly recommend sending detailed pictures and videos of the defects via WhatsApp.
Return of Goods

Goods sold may only be returned at the company’s discretion. A re-stocking fee of 10-30%, along with transport fees and applicable GST, may be charged on the purchase price.

Defective goods must be returned for exchange within 3 days. Customers are responsible for the return freight cost.
Refund
- Goods sold are non-refundable, except in the case of faulty items. If a faulty item is received, it must be returned within 3 days. A full refund will be processed via electronic funds transfer within seven days after the order is canceled and goods returned.
