Important User Requirement
Most users are required to obtain a Certificate of Medical Need through an Assessment for Mobility Scooter (AMS) conducted by a doctor or occupational therapist, unless exempt (e.g. seniors aged 70 and above or users under selected government disability or subsidy schemes).
