Use method: 

Cold compress: Put it in the refrigerator, and pre-chill (refrigerate at 4-10 degrees) for 30 minutes, then put it on the eyes. If you have sensitive skin, it is recommended to cover your eyes with a thin cloth or paper towel before using it.

Hot compress: Put it in warm water at 60 degrees Celsius for about 5 minutes and put it on your eyes.
